The Restroom of choice wherever one is available.
Friends and 'followers' (speaking as if a star. ahemmm) with or without disabilities are encouraged to use disabled toilets ( in SM malls, Ayala Malls, even food chains like Mcdo and Jollibee) for a more pleasurable experience while performing your necessary ablutions away from home. In this country, public buildings over a certain size are legally required to have toilets for the disabled. Yet these special rooms don't seem to get used so much, which is a shame. Some people are under the impression that disabled toilets are not to be used by the more abled, but who has ever seen a law that says so? It is such a treat to spend time in a clean, large and private restroom, especially when people are queuing up for the restrooms. Is is so pleasant to excuse oneself from a crowded table in a busy restaurant to go sit in this quiet room and take a break from the hubbub and bustle right outside the door.
Disabled toilets come with many extra functions. there is always a safety cord should the user get in trouble ( though the flush is also a cord, which can be confusing). There is always enough toilet paper and soap, and ample paper towels. The seat is often higher, making it easier to stand up from. It's true that the room can be a bit institutional and clinical, so overanalysis of these features is best avoided. Time in the disabled toilet should be spent on contemplation, taking advantage of the isolated private space- like a room that doesn't exist.
