After a long day of shopping or when you've used up the energy you got from roaming around the mall or just window shopping with your equally makulit na barkada, it's time to cool down in UCC Cafe Terrace, located at the Ground level of TriNoma. It is one of my favorite places in the mall, not just because of the interiors but also because of the over-all relaxing vibe (yes, we love mood lighting).

| Banana-Carrot Cake; (at 225.00) This had to be the moistest cake I’ve ever eaten. Layers of banana and carrot cake alternate to produce this 4 layer cake frosted with yummy cream cheese frosting. |
